Settings pages
Open Settings from the sidebar. Each page owns one area.
Account
The Account page is the first page. It controls your Admiral account. The Providers page controls the agent providers.
The page has four blocks:
- Account. Signed out, it shows what an account gives you, with Sign in and Create account. An account is optional. Signed in, it shows your email, your workspace, and Sign out. Select your name in the sidebar footer to open this page. When sync is not yet on for this device, it shows Finish sync setup. A new account shows Create workspace.
- Profile. Signed in, you can change your name and your email address, and ask for a password reset. The reset link goes to your email address. After an email change, sign in with the new address. An address that another account uses is refused.
- Tester program. Only active testers see this block. It has the Usage data and Crash reports switches, the policy version and date, View what is sent, Delete my data, and Send feedback. See The tester program.
- Updates. The update channel,
stableorbeta, and the installed version.
Sign-in and sign-out restart the engine in the new profile. The Account page uses the same steps as the sidebar account menu. In the Development profile, the account actions are off.
Providers
The Providers page is the single page for agent sign-in, installation, enablement, and usage:
- Provider cards. One card per provider. Sign in from the card, and forget the sign-in from the same place.
- Runtime setup. Admiral shows setup status for the agents it manages, with a retry when setup is incomplete.
- Enablement. Turn agents on or off for the composer pickers.
- Usage meters. Providers that report limits show a usage meter. The meter warns at 80 percent and again at 95 percent, and it shows the reset time.
- Target device. Pick which device an action applies to when more than one is online.
Agents
The switch for legacy agents: Codex, Cursor, Grok, Hermes, Pi, and Devin. Legacy agents are off by default. Sessions from legacy agents stay readable either way.
Shortcuts
Every keyboard shortcut is rebindable:
- Click a row and press the new keys.
- Admiral detects conflicts and tells you before it saves.
- Reset any row to its default.
See Keyboard shortcuts for the defaults.
Connections
How Admiral connects to other tooling:
- The injected
admiraltools that agents receive, with a per-device off switch. See Run child agents. - MCP server definitions that Admiral imported from your agent configurations, with a report of what came from where.
Devices
Your signed-in devices, their state, and their names.
Archived sessions
Archived sessions are listed here. Nothing in the archive is deleted; restore a session to the sidebar from this page.
